Yoga and Wellness Retreat

How often do you take time out to really focus on your own well-being? 21st century living can be hectic, juggling work and family commitments.  Sometimes our wellness practices get forgotten as we attend to others’ needs before our own. Treat yourself to 4 days of “me time” in the lush Noosa Hinterland, only 1.5 hours drive from Brisbane, as you nourish yourself with yoga, wholesome food, spaciousness and connection. Set amongst 45 acres of natural bushland in Verrierdale at the luxurious Amara Eco Retreat Centre, this is the yoga and meditation holiday you’ve been waiting for.
This retreat offers yoga, reflection and meditation time, workshop sessions, delicious vegetarian meals, steam sauna, magnesium plunge pool, stone balancing circle, nature and plenty of free time to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view to the coast from the deck and yoga room. The guided daily yoga, pranayama and mindfulness practices will increase your vitality and help you realign with your true self.  Our workshop sessions will inform and inspire you to make positive changes for your wellbeing. You will learn daily Ayurvedic self-care practices to nourish and balance both your body and mind.  Discover how to best work with your 24 hour cycle and the seasons for optimal health.  Delve deeper into yoga philosophy and how to apply it to modern life.
Yoga Retreat Connection
Be nourished by connection: connection to your true self through yoga and meditation, connection to nature, connection with a fabulous group of like-minded people as we share yoga, laughs, conversation and chai! You will leave the retreat feeling nourished, recharged and connected, ready to tackle every day life with increased vigour and awareness.
Retreat features:

  • beautifully appointed twin share rooms in the main house or private twin share cabins
  • all meals from dinner Thursday evening to lunch on Sunday (vegetarian and vegan)
  • magnesium plunge pool
  • steam sauna
  • spacious yoga room with 180 degree views to the coast
  • daily yoga and meditation practices
  • workshop sessions
  • plenty of free time to relax, lounge by the pool, or simply enjoy the bushland surrounds while bringing spaciousness to your mind
  • optional zenthai shiatsu or private yoga therapy sessions available for an additional fee
  • limited to 14 guests
Earlybird pricing (payment by 7th September)

$965 twin share in main house. ($40 extra per person for en-suite room in main house or private cabin)

Regular pricing (payment after 25th August)

$1095 twin share in main house ($40 extra per person for en-suite room in main house or private cabin)

Payment Plan

$365/month over 3 months Full payment must be received by commencement of retreat. ($40 extra per person for en-suite room in main house or private cabin)

Cancellation policy Occasionally, unforseeable circumstances may prevent you from attending your planned event.  If you can find someone to take your place a full refund will be given.  I will assist you in finding a replacement by maintaining a waiting list.  If no replacement attendee can be found a refund of 80% of the full cost will be given prior to 25th September, otherwise any cancellation less than 1 month before the retreat commencement will incur a full payment fee if no replacement attendee is found.
Yoga Retreat Stone Circle
Wonderful. Restful. Peaceful. Having spent a lovely few days at Tracy’s yoga retreat at Verrierdale I can highly recommend it to those contemplating going on the next one. The location was beautiful, with stunning views from both the house and the yoga studio, a great place to find a little bit of zen. The house we stayed in was perfectly situated in this little piece of heaven. Tracy provided us with the ideal mix of yoga sessions – whether to stimulate, to contemplate or to relax, all were covered. As usual Tracy encouraged us all to work at our own personal levels. There were enough sessions to remind us we were on a yoga retreat, but plenty of down time to read, navel gaze or just sit and chat (my main relaxation activity). The food was vegan and vegetarian, super healthy, delicious, plentiful, and cooked by someone who wasn’t me (my favourite!!). I was lucky enough to be surrounded by a lovely group of like-minded, laid back, gentle ladies on this retreat, which rounded off the perfect break. Thank you Tracy, and all the ladies on this retreat for a wonderful few days. This was my second ‘Tracy’ retreat, and I believe I may be hooked, I’ll be back!”
