MINDFUL CHI FLOW
Therapeutic Mindful Chi Flow Classes
(In person in the studio and Online)
Mondays 7:30pm
TERM 3 2026: 13th July – 14th September
(or start early on 29th June or 6th July)
Want to reduce stress, increase vitality, improve your digestion, your circulation and your quality of sleep?
Do you find the usual yoga classes move too fast? Not a fan of down dog or planks?
Or perhaps you want to get into meditation but find it difficult and uncomfortable to sit still for any length of time?
Then this is the class for you!
Mindful Chi Flow is a therapeutic flowing practice based on Calligraphy yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Yoga Therapy, designed to melt tension from your body and mind and improve chi (energy) flow, enhancing your health and well-being.
Circular spiralling movements will gently mobilise your joints, free your spine, improve digestion, increase circulation in your body which will assist with healing of injuries and deeply calm the nervous system to improve quality of sleep.
As you flow slowly with your breath, the practice becomes a moving meditation, helping to focus and calm your mind. The practice will conclude with pranayama (breathing exercises) and a mindfulness meditation, setting you up for a perfect night’s sleep.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Throughout this course you will learn tips and techniques that you can apply in your everyday life to reduce stress and calm the mind. This yoga will benefit everyone’s health and well-being, no matter what age or fitness level.
Class themes also align with the seasons to keep you balanced and aligned with nature.
We start term 3 with the water element (our bladder and kidney meridians) turning our attention inwards to conserve and gather energy ready for spring.
As the weather warms we will bring attention to the gall bladder and liver meridians and our wood element, creating strength and flexibility through our side body.
Attend in person in my small boutique studio in Nundah (maximum of 12 people) or online via Zoom.

“I really enjoy Tracy’s Mindful Chi Flow class. It is a great way to wind down after a busy day at work. You learn to slow your breathing down and stop pushing yourself, as you just let your body move through the moving meditation and develop a stronger core on the way. Great for all ages!” – Jackie Eban
“I always find the Mindful Chi Flow good for lymphoedema. It helps clear the blocked nodes and make the others more active to take the extra load.” – Jenny (breast cancer patient)
“I felt I was healing and nourishing my body while strengthening, loosening and stretching – all flowing with and deepening the breath. No pain, no pressure, no forcing – just relaxation and calmness and a great night’s sleep.” – Lloyd Douglas
