Catchup classes week of 18th December
These small group classes are held in my new boutique studio in Nundah.
Mostly vinyasa in style, this practice is designed to strengthen the arms, legs and core while moving mindfully with the breath, so as you get stronger, you also feel more relaxed. Perfect if you are wanting to increase vitality and maintain or improve muscular strength but without the “no pain, no gain” mindset.
The focus is placed on correct alignment for your body, listening to your body’s needs and refining your movements to get the most out of your practice. It’s often the small adjustments that make all the difference.
We will explore pranayama (mindful breathwork) and meditation techniques and throughout the term will focus on a theme appropriate to this time of year.
All classes finish with savanasa (relaxation) so you will walk out with more energy and more serenity than when you walked in.
Classes align with the seasons and the corresponding element and meridians.
In term 4 we explore the wood element (our gall bladder and liver meridians) to create strength and flexibility in the side body as well as flexibility in the mind.
You can learn more about the wood element here.
Attendance must be pre-booked.
Casual attendance only if space exists in the class (preference is given to term holders). To attend casually please check my facebook or instagram page on a Monday to see if there are vacancies and contact Tracy to secure your place.
The week of 18th December will be catch up classes for term 4.
If you missed any classes during the term you can make these up on these dates or at any of my hall classes on Saturday mornings during the term.

“Tracy is not only extremely qualified in yoga & yoga therapy, but I also personally found Tracy to be a good listener to my injuries during my marathon training days. I was running in excess of 100km per week & Tracy was always able to instruct me to safely modify any yoga positions to meet my injuries and training program. Tracy easily caters to all levels of ability; I have experienced that myself as I started as a beginner with Tracy 7 years ago and have seen my practice improve immensely.” – Eva Fraser
“Tracy’s yoga & anatomy knowledge, teaching style and personality are world-class. She’s one of my favourite yoga teachers ever, and I’ve tried a lot. She’s patient, understanding and welcoming. Her classes literally get your energy flowing again.” – Jessica Scheper – Yoga Teacher, Surf instructor and world traveller
