Yoga can be your companion, helping you to transform your inner and outer world. My own practice as a yoga therapist and teacher has shown me that no matter where we are at physically and emotionally, we can all take that first step on a journey of change. Yoga brings the breath and body together to create vitality, develop strength without tension, and bring about deep relaxation.

Yoga with Tracy Gray

Tracy is an experienced modern day yogi, a registered Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher with 15 years of yoga experience committed to ongoing learning.

Combining an understanding of the body-mind connection with classical yoga, Calligraphy yoga and yoga therapy, Tracy creates a body safe practice to suit any individual.

With Tracy’s attention to detail and deep knowledge of physiology and anatomy, you will learn not only what to do in a particular posture but why.

Qualifications include:

  • Registered yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and Yoga Australia (YA)
  • Registered level 2 yoga teacher with Yoga Australia (YA)
  • Qualified Calligraphy Yoga Teacher (200 hours)
  • Bachelor of Science

Charity Yoga Classes

To celebrate my 10 years of teaching yoga I want to give back to the community by teaching 2 special charity yoga classes. ALL funds raised from these classes go to the respective charities.

Raising funds for women and girls experiencing homelessness, domestic violence and period poverty.

    Olivia Newton-John Foundation

    Tuesday 10th September, 7:15pm – 8:30pm
    Nundah State School Hall (Boyd Rd Nundah)

    Raising funds for cancer research and wellness programs for cancer patients.

      Mindful Chi Flow – Monday nights have never felt so good!

      Bring some peace and tranquility to your mind while you gently move your body.  This beautifully flowing practice is the perfect way to de-stress and unwind while improving circulation, flexibility, digestion and sleep quality.
      Monday nights 7:30pm @ Geebung.
