My own practice as a yoga therapist and teacher has shown me that no matter where we are at physically and emotionally, we can all take that first step on a journey of change. Yoga brings the breath and body together to create vitality, develop strength without tension, and bring about deep relaxation.

Tracy is an experienced modern day yogi, a registered Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher with 15 years of yoga experience committed to ongoing learning.

Combining an understanding of the body-mind connection with classical yoga, Calligraphy yoga and yoga therapy, Tracy creates a body safe practice to suit any individual.

With Tracy’s attention to detail and deep knowledge of physiology and anatomy, you will learn not only what to do in a particular posture but why.

Qualifications include:

  • Registered yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and Yoga Australia (YA)
  • Registered level 2 yoga teacher with Yoga Australia (YA)
  • Qualified Calligraphy Yoga Teacher (200 hours)
  • Bachelor of Science
