  • digestion problems
  • joint mobilisation
  • nervous system issues
  • low immune system
  • energy depletion
Zenthai Shiatsu with Tracy Gray

Zenthai Shiatsu is not just a massage; it is a therapy to free blockages in the body to allow free flow of chi, gently guiding your body towards self healing. Treatments work on meridian lines, acupressure points, muscles and fascia and can include moxabustion and cupping depending on your specific needs.

Treatments are from my studio in Nundah.

One hour – $90

1.5 hours – $125

Please make sure you wear clothing that allows freedom of movement.  (Something you would wear to yoga is ideal).

“I had my first Zenthai Shitasu massage today with Tracy. All I can say is WOW!  Simply the best massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot).  I think you’ll agree with me – this will be the only massage I’ll get from now on!” ~ Eva Fraser

“It was like nothing I have ever experience before. Just amazing! My body has continued to feel nourished. I know that your massage has really helped me physcially and emotionally.” – Mary Fletcher

I can honestly say that I get great benefits from the treatment that Tracy provides.  Each time I have always felt really good immediately after my session but the greatest benefit I felt was the next day when my whole body feels in sync again.  She uses a number of different techniques and tailors each session slightly differently to suit your body’s needs at the time.  I would highly recommend you give her sessions a go.” ~ Diana Bissett
