Private Yoga Lessons
Are you new to yoga and feel daunted by attending a group class? Do you attend classes regularly but feel you want to get more out of your practice?
Perhaps you have just started on your yoga teaching journey and want to be mentored by a more experienced teacher with over 3000 hours of teaching experience and over 1000 hours of yoga training to help bring more confidence to your teaching.
Every body is different, so a private class is tailored to what YOU specifically need. For those wanting to improve their yoga practice, you will learn correct alignment to bring more ease and safety into your practice, and explore any modifications required for your own body.
At the first session, we will spend time reviewing your history and discuss any concerns you may have and what you want to gain from the sessions. I will then develop a yoga practice tailored to your needs and conditions.
This will include moving and breathing mindfully which develops awareness and calms the nervous system, bringing greater relaxation to your body and mind.
The benefits of a regular yoga practice are numerous: more energy, more freedom of movement, improved muscular strength and balance, better digestion, reduced stress and a deeper sense of contentment with your life. Studies now show that a mindful yoga practice can change the way the brain functions, enabling you to cope with life’s challenges more readily.

Private Yoga Instruction Costs:
Private sessions are in my boutique studio in Nundah. Lessons are one hour in duration.
